Yanchep National Park

Our natural environment needs your eyes and ears!

Little is known about the impact of climate change in Australia. Yanchep National Park, located 42km north of Perth, WA is an ideal bush land environment for recording environmental changes and will be helping bridge the information gap, but we need your help!

Why get involved?

  • Learn how climate change is affecting our native wildlife
  • Become a ClimateWatcher and help monitor the biodiversity along the Yanchep National Park trail
  • Make a real difference in your local community!

How to get involved

This ClimateWatch trail is currently under development and is being tested by volunteers and Bush Rangers WA cadet leaders.

Walking the trail takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Since part of the trail is a sandy track, wear closed shoes, a hat and sunscreen.
