Atlas of Living Australia (ALA) The Atlas of Living Australia (ALA) funded the development of the pilot ClimateWatch recording system and is providing support for data validation. The ALA is a collaborative, national project focused on making information on Australia's biodiversity more accessible and useable online. It is a joint project between CSIRO, state herbaria and museums, the Australian Government Departments of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (DEWHA) and Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), and two Australian universities. |

CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology have entered into a collaborative partnership to establish the Centre for Australian Weather and Climate Research. The Centre aims to deliver innovative and world class research of benefit to the Australian community, industry and society, and has an interest in the data that will be collected through ClimateWatch. |

Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities (DSEWPaC) The Australian Biological Resources Study program within the Parks Australia Division of the department will work with Earthwatch Australia to increase awareness and relationships of Australia’s biota and taxonomy through ClimateWatch. |
